Service Description
Aeterna Data (PT Aeterna Data Intentio Logic) provides image annotation and visual AI evaluation services for machine learning teams, including bounding box annotation, image segmentation, image classification, visual RLHF evaluation, and dataset validation and quality assurance. All services are delivered on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only. Aeterna Data does not offer services to consumers.
Data Protection
Aeterna Data acts as a Data Processor under GDPR Article 28 in relation to personal data processed on behalf of its clients. For data protection enquiries, including requests related to the exercise of Data Subject rights, please contact: [email protected]
A full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to clients upon request and is executed prior to any data processing activity. EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2) are annexed to the DPA for EEA-to-Indonesia personal data transfers.
Regulatory Notes
Aeterna Data is incorporated and operates under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Cross-border data transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA) to Aeterna Data are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision EU 2021/914, Module 2).
